Abstract
The thematic forums carried out by the network, the patrimony of competences being structured and the interests
stated by its members are summarized in this document and are related to the idea that the exchange of the best telehealth
and telemedicine practices should be an effective instrument of the universal right to health for remote or isolated communities.
It is specially focused on the possibility of performing projects in the Amazon Region.
